A mom, a dad and the 3 kids. The parents have minimum wage jobs, the father has health problems that sometimes prevent him from working. They live in a village, near Buzău, in an unfinished room, on a street far from the school – the children spend around an hour to get there. 

Among the children, Lavinia, the eldest sister, is the first to risk dropping out of school. She is 12 years old and in her spare time she is responsible for cleaning the house and taking care of her siblings. She is very fond of reading, she wants to become a teacher. We support her to take the next step to high school.
